• Technical identifiers: device_id, session_id, screens visited and duration (only with analytics consent).
• Technical: truncated IP, device/browser type, technical/analytics cookies.

3. Purposes

• Provide the service: discover events, save favorites, follow clubs and manage your account.
• Product improvement and aggregated analytics.
• Service and security communications.
• Content moderation.

4. Legal basis

• Performance of a contract/service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention and product improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Consent for non‑essential cookies and marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep data while you have an account or as needed. You can delete your data from “Account”. Legal/operational logs are retained as required by law.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We use processors (e.g., hosting/DB in the EU/EEA or with adequate safeguards). Third‑party ticket sites have their own policies.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (transport encryption, access control, DB RLS).

9. Children

The Platform is intended for users aged 18+. Accounts of minors will be disabled and data removed.

We may update this policy and will notify you when changes are significant.
